Returns & exchanges

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery on unworn pieces in their original packaging.

Email hello@shopverola.com with your order number and the pieces you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and an address.

Want a different finish or style? Tell us in the same email and we'll reserve the replacement while your return is in transit.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Banks typically post the refund within 5–10 business days.

For hygiene reasons, worn earrings and pieces showing signs of wear or damage can't be returned. Sale and final-sale items are noted on their product page.
